Remember when you would proudly display your child’s arts and craft project? Well, turnabout is fair play and now YOU will get a chance to give them (or a friend) your handmade masterpiece!

Laura Thomas (who conducted a mosaics class in 2021) is back to teach Mosaics II: Buds and Butterflies. Students will apply pieces of stained glass in a Spring-themed pattern onto an 8 inch terra cotta planter. These will then be grouted, sealed and ready for Mothers Day gift giving!

Classes will be conducted Monday and Thursday mornings over the first 2 weeks in May.

  • Monday May 1 (9:00 – 12:00):  Pick pattern start mosaic
  • Thursday May 4 (9:00 -12:00):  Continue mosaic
  • Monday May 8 (Time?) (9:00 – 11:00): Grout and clean
  • Thursday May 11 (10:00 – 10:30):  Seal it and we are done!

 

A materials fee of $25 will be collected at the first class [Please do not pay online.]

 

Please sign up only if you will be able to attend all the classes. (Questions may be directed to Fran Lorenzi (florenzi@hotmail.com). Please also contact her if you would like to attend, but doing so conflicts with another TVIH class for which you are registered.)
