Tai Chi Flow for Mindfulness *(28 minutes) May 2/4
In this class, we weave together tai chi and resistance training, a blending of eastern and western exercises. You can use wooden spoons from your kitchen, light dumbbells, or soup cans. Follow along with Dr. Adam Potts, Physical Therapist and then practice as much as you wish on the other days. Also experience Chinese bamboo flute music while relaxing. Join us on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM and/or Thursdays at 7:00 PM. “Tai Chi is the art of letting hardness dwell within softness and hiding a needle within cotton.” Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
