Tai Chi Flow for Health (25 minutes) April 25/27

Tai Chi could benefit you by lowering anxiety, stress, and depression, and improve memory, focus and sleep. Why not join us and Dr. Adam Potts’s video, “Tai Chi for Health”. Be entertained by Allen Ginsberg’s interpretation of Tai Chi. Come on Tuesday at 9:30 AM and/or Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Practice helps!. “The key to a long and healthy life is a combination of movement and stillness and cultivating life by guiding the qi, the vital energy of the body.”
