Be part of this session today. Research shows If you do Tai Chi 3x a week for 30 minutes or more most likely will help stress relief. Also, studies have shown you use this short tai chi flow when you need a quick energy burst in the morning, during your break mid-day, or to help you feel energized anytime. Join Dr. Adam Potts as he guides us through these exercises. Come join on Tuesdays @ 7:30 AM or Thursday at 7:00 PM. “Practice a hundred moves five times, it is of no use whatsoever.
