Join Fran Dummett sharing Tai Chi videos for Mindfulness with Dr. Adam Potts, a Physical Therapist and a Tai Chi Instructor, who helps people build strength, flexibility and balance of body and mind. We will tailor the sessions to the needs of the participants including a brief background, a practice with a Tai Chi video (25 minutes), relaxing music and sharing reflections of the sessions. Tuesdays at new times of 9:30 AM or Thursdays at 7:00 PM on Zoom. “Silence within noise is true silence”
