Learn about the benefits of Tai Chi and exercise to Dr. Adam Potts, Physical Therapist, “Begin With Breath” vides, ending with Yiruma’s “It’s Your Day” music. This is an introductory session about Tai Chi to be offered later this year as a TVIH weekly activity.
