"Lifestyle Strategies for Chronic Pain Management"

Chronic pain is one of the most pervasive health conditions in the US. In fact, as one researcher suggests, if all chronic pain conditions were lumped together into a single diagnosis, it would be the most common, disabling, and expensive health problem in the world. Many traditional approaches to managing chronic pain have proven to be ineffective, costly, and, in some cases, deadly. But there's hope. Modern pain research shows that lifestyle factors and health beliefs play an enormous role in the reduction of pain. Learn how factors such as exercise, relaxation, and nutrition can reduce or even eliminate chronic pain symptoms over time, and what you can do today to start finding relief.

Feel free to invite friends or family to register and join us via Zoom.
