Description: Nineteen days in the Middle East, Nov. 14-Dec 3, 2022. Did we have a great trip, yes. Did we have excellent local guides, yes. Did we see a bevy of Unesco World Heritage sites, yes. Did we have travelers experience ice events and miss flights on their outbound, well, yes. Did those folks have baggage not get delivered for four days, well, yes. Did I find out my prepaid ride from the Tel Aviv airport to my hotel was cancelled, unbeknownst to me, well, yeah. Did someone leave his new traveling clothes hanging damp in a closet when he packed to leave Jordan, well, yes. Did we all get Covid including me, yes! Did we have an adventure of a lifetime. Yaah.
