This is a live event!
What is your favorite sparkling wine? Participants will review three methods of making sparkling wines including a demonstration of the carbonization method.
For this Teach & Taste, you will taste 6 different sparkling wines from around the world. You will evaluate each wine according to your preferences and an evaluation form. After the tasting, you will rank the wines. You will then discover the types of sparkling wines you like the best as well as their prices. We will also taste the demonstration carbonized wine.
Due to rising wine prices, fee for tasting will be $25.00
Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors at the Sullivans’ home.
