Seek collaborative relationships with:

Identify hardware/software needs
Revise and maintain website.
Create and upload documents.
Membership (Chairperson - Kim Sherman)
Coordinate with Communication and Outreach on recruitment.
Follow up on new member leads.
Arrange and participate in welcome sessions for new members.
Assign “buddies” to new members.
Pods (Chairperson - Jenny Davis)
Facilitate the establishment of new neighborhood and special interest pods.
Communicate with pod coordinators to manage TVIH calendar and respond to questions about pods from website email link.
Program (Chairperson

Provide educational, cultural, health, well-being and social programs.
Initiate and approve the various programs.
Propose, design and present programs.
Publicity (Chairperson - Fran Dummett)
Introduce Howard County residents to TVIH by making in-person presentations and contributing to website, facebook and other social media.
Contribute articles to the monthly Newsletter.
Represent the Village to organizations such as the
Association of Community Services (ACS) , and the
Coalition of Geriatric Services (COGS)
Volunteer (Chairpersons - Susan Hailman/Marie Grunwell)

Provide services to all associate members and full members.
- Assist members with inquiries, registration, cancellation of events.
- Maintains office 5 days/week with 2 hours shifts
- Use database.
- Circle of Care (Service Volunteers):Provide non-medical aid to members requiring help during recovery from surgery. Respite care for member caring for a spouse.
- Transportation: With qualifications transports full-service members to appointments, etc.
