Many seniors are planning to move to an apartment after living in the same house for 35 years. Many put it off until there is a health crisis because they are afraid of taking on this big project. The work required is physically and emotionally overwhelming.
Our guests, Victoria Hathaway (realtor) and Dudley Nixon (contractor), will tell us that the time has changed. Many realtors, including their company, provide advice and services throughout the entire process (clean out, fix up, sell, move) that will make your move much less stressful.
You will hear the experts' advice on questions such as "Should I remodel my bathroom or kitchen before putting my house on the market?" and "Should I sell my house as is?"
