Speaker: Nevelle Henry, Civic Works Energy Programs

"Civic Works Energy Programs" is a nonprofit partner of the Howard County government. They provide both education and free and low-cost resources focused on home energy efficiency. Nevelle Henry will host an informational session, called "Beyond the Thermostat". Civic Works has give this talk at all the 50+ senior centers in Howard County.

The presentation will provide education on how Maryland's energy system functions, why rates are rising, tips and tricks for saving energy around the home, and how "Civic Works Energy Programs" can help.
