About this event

Adapting to a Life-Threatening Diagnosis

When life throws you a curve ball, what is your reaction?  To move beyond any initial panic, you need information.  But you can prepare before any life-threatening diagnosis by learning where to get help if you are hit with a crisis.

This session will discuss some medical concerns like when you need a second opinion, exploring transition care from a hospital and how home health care works, and finding a way forward after a new diagnosis.

Panel Members:

  • Jenn Gruber, Life Coach
  • Tatiana Lialo from Spirit of Hope, a home healthcare company
  • Ashley DiMaggio, Owner & CEO, Guidewell Patient Advocates

This event is open to the public....
