A monthly social for TVIH members at the TVIH Office. Members will try new recipes, enjoy eating healthy home-cooked food, and describe the experience of making your dish.
This month, each guest will bring a dish of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines, such as hummus, falafel, tabbouleh (a bulgur wheat and herb salad), baba ghanoush (an eggplant dip similar to hummus), fattoush (a vegetable and pita salad), dolmas (stuffed grape leaves), and kebabs.
Please make enough food to serve 8 people.
Bottled water, plates, napkins, and plastic utensils will be provided.
Registration is required. Please register on the TVIH website.

5:00 - 5:15 pm: Setting the tables
5:15- 7:00 pm: Enjoy the food cooked by our members (starters, salads, main dishes, vegetables and desserts).

Cost:
This event is free for guests who bring a Mediteranean dish to share.
There is a $10 fee for guests who do not bring food. The money will be used to buy beverages and supplies.
