About this event
The program "TVIH video memoirs" was started in 2023. 12 TVIH members have been interviewed for their life's stories and the recorded videos (unlisted) have been viewed by hundreds of TVIH members, family members, former co-workers, neighbors and friends.
Come to this coffee to chat with TVIH memoirists to find out how they all enjoyed taking time to look back in their lives since childhood, and leaving the video recording as a gift to their children grandchildren, family members, and friends.
If you have wondered how the video memoirs were produced, come to this informal meeting to ask questions and hear Cathy Latham (interviewer) and Joy Cheung (videographer) explain the process.
The purpose is to encourage more members to participate in this popular program after they know what they need to prepare before the interview and what questions they will be asked.
Never say that I have had a boing life and it is not worth recording. Every person's story is unique. Writing or recording a memoir is to say that "I have lived."
Coffee and cake/cookies will be served.
