Overview, Legal, Housing, Aging in Community, Home Care, and Crisis Navigating
every 2 weeks from 9/11 to 11/20.

When you are stressed, it is more difficult to make quick decisions.
What can you do to make a crisis less stressful?
Practical advice to handle navigating a crisis will be discussed.
