The Fall 2024 Life Planning series will cover 6 sessions:
Overview, Legal, Housing, Aging in Community, Home Care, and Crisis Navigating
every 2 weeks from 9/11 to 11/20.
At this Legal session, writing down your wishes allows you to identify others who will coordinate your care when a crisis happens. These documents are not just for when you die. A practical, realistic review of the legal documents will be discussed.
You’ll learn about what areas may affect your decisions and any recent changes that might affect your decisions,
whether you have already completed the documents or not.
