The Fall 2024 Life Planning series will cover 6 sessions:
Overview, Legal, Housing, Aging in Community, Home Care, and Crisis Navigating
every 2 weeks from 9/11 to 11/20.
Your needs may require you to bring Home Care into your home.
A practical review of the home care types and what’s covered or not by Medicare will be discussed.
