About this event
What could be better than red wine, chocolate and Valentine’s Day. How about adding another blending experience? Our February Teach & Taste will feature three red wines and paired chocolate. Attendees will use samples of the three red wines to create a blend.
Our first blending experience was to create a Bordeaux blend. This blending experience focuses on the Rhône region of France. You will create a Rhône GSM red blend from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre wines. These three wines also pair well with chocolate.
