Do you have an un-opened bottle of wine at home? If so, you have a wine library. You can have any number of wines in your wine library. People keep wines for various reasons. This Teach & Taste will explore different reasons to build a wine library. We will also explore how to store wines, options for storing wines and tour the Sullivan’s wine library.

We are trying something new for the selection of wines for this Teach & Taste. Once registered, Terry & Kathy will send you a list of ten library wines with a short description of each. We ask that you select five of the wines that you would like to taste and send your selections to Terry & Kathy. The top six vote getters will make up the wines for this Teach & Taste. At least one of the wines for this Teach & Taste will be on your list.
