As we get older our flexibility and balance might be impacted. Join us on zoom with Tai Chi exercises from Dr. Adam Potts’s video. His accepting way and calming voice can give us techniques to increase our coping mechanisms. Join us on zoom on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM or Thursdays at 7:00 PM “Spiritual balance is tai chi. It is the center of things. It is the place where the Yin and Yang meet. “
