There is plenty of room so we will be able to social distance at six feet apart. All registrations are due by May 11th.
Cancellation Policy:
If after registering, you find you are unable to attend, PLEASE CANCEL your registration using the "Cancel Registration" button on the event calendar listing. Doing this will notify the host not to expect you and open up your spot for another member's registration. Thank you.
About this event
We will meet outside in the grassy area under the trees at the TVIH Center on Stevens Forest Road.
If you would like to join us virtually, please register for that separate event listing on the calendar. Your Zoom link will be emailed as always upon registration.
Dress comfortably. Bring a chair, wear a mask, and bring your own lunch and a drink. You may also want to bring mosquito repellant.
We will sit 6 feet part and have a chat with lunch.
Hand sanitizer will be available as well as gloves.
If it is raining, we will zoom our lunches at home. Look forward to seeing you.
