About this event
This session will explain in detail the MOLST form (Medical Order for Life Sustaining Treatment). It will also be compared and contrasted with Advance Directive forms.
If possible please print out a copy of the Maryland MOLST Form so you can review during the presentation. There will be time to answer your questions.
