50/50 RAFFLE DRAWING - SAT. MAY 4th - TVIH OFFICE Purchase Tickets
Late Session (II) Late January is often cold outside and warm to hot inside. This time of year, in the northern hemisphere, we have a large temperature contrast. This Teach and Taste will focus on a large temperature contrast in served wines. We will taste three late harvest/ice wines that are served ice cold. In contrast we will also taste three mulled wines served hot. The mulled wines will focus on France with a Vin Chaud, Sweden with a Glogg and Germany with a white Glühwein. There is limited indoor seating for the sessions of this Teach and Taste. Based on our November T&T, we can socially distance six people. The November indoor attendees felt very comfortable with this set up.
