Kelsey’s Irish Pub & Restaurant is the place! Hope you can join us for our Happy Hour in July. Kelsey’s has wonderful food and they offer a good Happy Hour: $3 off any menu appetizer; $2 Boh pints; $3 House wine and rail drinks; $2 off drafts.  Also, on Tuesdays they offer ½ priced wings all day!! Always good conversation so hope we see you there to start off the 4th of July Holiday.

Location: 8480 Baltimore National Pike, #329, Ellicott City, MD  21043. 
Go North on US-29. Take Exit 24A onto US40E toward Ellicott City.   Take an immediate left onto Rogers Avenue.  At first traffic light, turn Right into Shopping Center.  Kelsey’s will be on your left.
