September topic: I’ve Got a Little List 

Monthly gathering to discuss relevant issues of aging. We’ve heard a lot about documenting our preferences for our future as in Advanced Directives, but many other things are worth putting in writing for our own use and for others. Worthwhile lists might include food preferences, sensitivities, allergies, location of important papers, items to be passed on or tossed. What about lists of environmental preferences, where we prefer to live… with quiet or music etc. 

Be prepared to share your ideas for useful lists. Paper supplied for those wanting to work on their lists during the session and perhaps a list of desirable topics will be a product of the discussion.
